About us
As the student association at the Faculty of Applied Computer Science at the University of Augsburg, we support all computer science and data science students. New students can get to know each other at our first-year student camp and prepare for their studies. During the "O-Phase", we organize many different events for you, such as game nights, a pub quiz or pub crawl. We also organize workshops and talks on various computer science topics on a regular basis. At our Jobtalks, students can get to know many different career fields and gain insights into everyday working life. Also, you can practice with exams from previous years, which we provide for various lectures.
Veranstaltungen
First-year student camp
At our first-year student camp you can get to know your fellow students before you start your studies, get some important tips and, of course, have lots of fun.
Summer fair
At our summer fair, you can enjoy the sun and a cool drink or two with your fellow students.
Pub crawl
Together with the mathematics student association, we organize a pub crawl every semester. We stroll through Augsburg's pubs together and round off the evening at the after-party.
University championship
In the university championship, you can compete with other students for fame and glory in Mario Kart or watch and root for your friends and colleagues.
O-Phase
In the "O-Phase", which is an abbreviation for orientation phase, you can get to know your fellow students at game nights or put your knowledge to the test at the pub quiz. New students can get to know the campus during our campus tour and Augsburg's nightlife on the pub crawl.
Jobtalk
Our job talks offer you the opportunity to get to know IT professions better. Every year we invite companies to present themselves and their professions. You can ask questions and make contacts.
Exam help
To help you prepare for your exams, we provide exams from various lectures. During the semester you can pick up old exams from our office (1007 N) every day of the work week. Overview of the old exams we offer.
